us by clicking on the "Need Help" button. We will provide you with
whatever information you need. You may also contact the property

Q. How do I know if the value dates or
special offers are still valid?
A. All postings have an expiration date which
is clearly displayed in the listing. They are valid the day they go
up on the site but subject to change at any time based on a
property's current availability. All postings are subject to the
disclaimer on the home page. The listings are removed automatically
when they are no longer valid.
Q. Are these special offers and value dates
available to third party planners?
A. Yes, they are available to anyone wishing
to book a group program as long as it fits within the property's
parameters.
Q. What if I am interested in a hotel that is under
construction?
A. Most properties under construction
have temporary sales offices in off-site locations. Sometimes,
these offices can be hard to locate. If you are interested in
one of these properties, contact us directly and we will point you
in the right direction.
Q. How come there are no special offers or
value dates attached to the new hotel listings?
A. Specific opening dates for hotel properties
are generally hard to predict. Financing, construction and an
assortment of local issues can have an adverse impact on an
opening. Hotel operators are usually very aggressive with rates in
their first year of operation in order to counterbalance any
unexpected developments during the construction phase. Therefore,
it
is somewhat redundant for a property to make special offers during
this period.
Q. Who pays for the upkeep of this website?
A. You will note that there is no paid
advertising on Dates and Rates.com - no banner ads, no pop-ups, no click through ads and no paid
search listings. This website is offered as a service to both
planners and hoteliers Hoteliers are allowed to
make changes whenever they wish.

Q. Why is 21st Century Group operating
this site?
A. We offer it as service to planners and
hotels. All properties have promotional offers available at any
given time. Many of our clients have told us repeatedly that they
would find it extremely useful if there was one place they could go
to view all of these offers at once - especially if they could be
sorted geographically or by time frame. Initially, we were only
going to give access to the site to our clients but later decided it
would be beneficial to the entire planning community and of course
we thought it might bring us in some new site selection business.
Q. If I provide contact information,
am I going to get bombarded with e-mail from hotels and other
suppliers?
A. No, any contact information you provide
through this site remains solely with 21st Century Group.
